Registration Opens for the 2021 BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops
A 200 boat field will compete on May 26-27, 2021 at Lake Murray in South Carolina.
SAN ANTONIO, TX (February 2, 2021) – The Association of Collegiate Anglers announces the opening of registration for the 2021 BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops on Lake Murray in South Carolina. College fishing’s longest-running National Championship event will be holding its 16th Championship in 2021. The two-day, five-bass limit traditional format tournament is scheduled to take place on May 26th-27th, 2021.

The 2021 BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops will feature one of the richest payouts in all of collegiate fishing. 400 of the top collegiate anglers in the nation will be competing for over $30,000 in prizes & contingencies, as well as double points towards the Bass Pro Shops School of the Year presented by Abu Garcia. At the conclusion of the Championship, a number one team will be crowned the 2021 School of the Year, as well as finalizing the Top 25 college bass fishing teams in the nation.
Championship week features exciting, exclusive, made for tv events & festivities for the competitors. The show begins on Monday with Yamaha Angler Appreciation Night. Qualification details for the 2021 Championship can be found on the ACA website. All schools qualify to send one team, and those ranked in the Top 25 for the School of the Year race as of May 7, 2021, automatically qualify to send up to four teams. New for the 2021 season, the ACA is offering a total of 15 automatic qualification spots through three regular-season events. The Top 5 finishing teams/anglers at these three events earn a spot in the year-end Championship:
