2017 BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Cabela’s Payout and Prizes

Championship Week is almost here; anglers from all over the country are coming to compete on Pickwick Lake in Florence, Alabama.  This year, the Association of Collegiate Anglers will be awarding top finishing anglers with over $52,000 in cash and prizes based on their finish during the event.
Here’s what the anglers will be competing for during the tournament itself:
 1st Place – $5,000; Two Pairs of Costa Sunglasses; Two HydroWave H2 System Packages; and an 8” Bob’s Machine Hydraulic Jack Plate (Total Value – $7,500)
2nd Place – $2,500 and Two Pairs of Costa Sunglasses  (Total Value – $2,900)
3rd Place – $1,500 and Two Pairs of Costa Sunglasses (Total Value – $1,900)
4th Place – $1,000
5th Place – $750
6th thru 10th Places – $300 each (Total of $1,500)
11th – 20th Places – $250 each (Total of $2,500)
21st – 30th Places – $200 (Total of $2,000)
31st – 40th Places – $150 (Total of $1,500)
41st – 50th Places – $100 (Total of $1,000)
75th Place – 8” Bobs Hydraulic Jack Plate ($1,200 value)
Overall Big Bass earns the Power-Pole Big Bass Award for a $2,000 Power-Pole Certificate
Not to be forgotten are all the contingency awards from the Association of Collegiate Anglers and its partners.  Based off of various requirements, anglers will be offered the chance to win the following contingencies:
  • Up to $1,000 in Cabela’s Gift Cards by wearing the ACA logo
  • $19,500 Cabela’s Angler Contingency Program
  • Up to $2,000 to the highest finishing qualified Ranger Cup team and a spot in Ranger Cup University Fish Off
  • Up to $1,000 from Yamaha Outboards
  • Two Revo S Reels from Abu Garcia
  • $1,000 through the Garmin Grand Giveaway
  • Up to $1,000 from Costa Sunglasses
  • $250 from G2 Gemini
