Pure Fishing is Seeking to Fill an Assistant Manager/Marketing Communications Position

The Assistant Manager, Marketing Communications acts as a support to the Marketing Communications team in tactical execution of our integrated marketing initiatives. This role will coordinate with various marketing functions and vendors to assist in organizing activations.
What You Will Do
  • Work on leading brands across multiple fishing tackle categories
  • Effectively work with cross-functional teams to deliver on tactical execution of marketing activities
  • Assists director and manager(s) in planning and executing grassroots events, tradeshows (customer and consumer), and media events.
  • Coordinates sampling for commercial/photo shoots and sponsorships (individuals and events)
  • Assists manager with content creation by organizing and providing pertinent documents and assets to vendors/agencies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
  • Keen attention to detail and time management/prioritization skills
  • Excellent Excel skills and understanding of MS Office
  • Knowledge of fishing and industry is a bonus but not required
