Internship Summary: This fall internship provides hands-on experience in event marketing and operations, including planning, logistics, brand execution, and post-event analysis. Interns will assist with inventory, event setup, and coordination, while gaining exposure to client interactions and networking ideal for those seeking real-world experience in brand marketing within the outdoor industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage event assets, including pulling, prepping, and organizing materials
• Assist with event preparation, including packing, creating packing lists, and trailer setup
• Track and manage inventory of premiums and apparel, including counting and data entry
• Support on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Contribute to post-event processes, including tracking results and helping with event reports and analysis
• Help maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
• Observe client communications and meetings to gain insight into client relations and networking opportunities

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media, Communications or related field.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
