One Lucky Angler to Win Garmin Force Pro Trolling Motor at Historic 20th ACA National Championship
SAN ANTONIO, TX (May 13, 2025) – The 2025 Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops at Lake Hartwell in Anderson, SC will mark the Association of Collegiate Anglers’ historic 20th National Championship event. On Wednesday night of Championship week, the ACA will host its annual Angler & Sponsor Appreciation Banquet. One of the many companies that will be in attendance and supporting the full field of elite anglers is Garmin.
Garmin representatives, and tournament pros, will be on-site at Green Pond Landing starting at 1:00 PM on Wednesday afternoon to meet with anglers competing in the Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops. This activation and support will include free swag to be handed out to each individual angler, demo rides to test out Garmin LiveScope and the new Force Pro Trolling Motor, meet & greet with touring pros to ask questions about tips for specific settings on their electronics and much more, as well as a grand prize giveaway that will award a Force Pro Trolling Motor to one lucky angler.
When anglers visit the Garmin setup at the annual Angler & Sponsor Appreciation Banquet, each of the 400 participants will receive a gift box that includes a towel and floating key chain. In a select 10 boxes, there will be a SD card. One of those 10 cards will be the winner of the Garmin Force Pro Trolling Motor. Each of the 10 anglers with a SD card will proceed to the stage to insert the SD card into a Garmin unit to see if they have the winning card.
Along with this awesome giveaway, professional anglers Terry Scroggins and Todd Walters will be on-hand to meet with anglers and offer demo rides to test out various Garmin products, and answer any questions anglers might have about electronics and specific settings. Garmin will be set up at Green Pond Landing starting at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, near the dock behind the weigh-in stage, to provide these demos. Anglers can go out on the water to see LiveScope in action, as well as test out the new Force Pro Trolling Motor. Participants will also be able to meet with the tournament pros and Garmin representatives on-site. Anglers can come equipped with questions to ask about certain settings, product setup, and much more pertaining to the full lineup of Garmin electronics and trolling motors.
