France's Patrick Sebile has literally fished in almost every corner of the world over the past 25 years, so he truly has "been there, done that" for just about every thing there is to do relating to fishing. His innovative lures in the Sebile lineup serve as further proof to his knowledge about game species and what it takes to catch them.
The company is pleased to return as a sponsor of the BoatU.S. National Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship for the second year, saying that college anglers are among their fastest growing fan base for the young company's exciting fish catchers.
"The college bass fishing scene is so fun, so dynamic," said Keeton Eof, general manager for Sebile USA. "With it comes all the rivalries and good times that follow other college sports, so it truly creates an infectious atmosphere for spectators and participants. You can't help but get wrapped up in the competition, often finding yourself rooting for the schools you have ties to or perhaps the underdogs, just as you would do in football, basketball or whatever sport.
"It's also an extremely refreshing happening for the fishing tackle industry because at this level the involvement is so pure, so real. The emotions and energy that come with participation are obvious and genuine. My hat is off to the sponsors, along with the participants, because so many have stepped forward to make this a five-star event for these young adults. They will never forget this collegiate experience," he added.
Many of the anglers will also enjoy their first introduction to Sebile lures, and will leave Lake Lewisville with a better understanding behind the company's Possessed and Evidence series' concepts. Each series has its own variations in presentation and basic fishing tactics, but they both combine the vital angling concepts of perpetual life, fluidity and absolute realism.
The unique colors of the Possessed Series are unlike anything in today's mind-boggling array of fishing lures on the market because fluid and light attractors inside the baits give life to every lure.
Baits in the Evidence Series rely more on their action, rather than light and sound, to stimulate strikes.
Both series offer a variety of models, but each has the same five characteristics symbolic of Patrick Sebile's creations: 1) innovative designs; 2) realistic movements, 3) extreme sound, 4) sparkles of life, and 5) exceptional strength.
Sebile proudly supports all participants and sponsors of the BoatU.S. National Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship.
