Bill Lewis Lures is a company that was founded on the "American Dream". It was in Bill Lewis' kitchen that the WWII veteran began his initial lure designs that lead to his all time best seller - the legendary Rat-L-Trap. As college life gets better by aligning with bass fishing, so does Rat-L-Trap by aligning with a new model of hooks. Set-Lok(tm) hooks have been added to the genuine 'Traps and feature wide-gaps for extra holding power and Lazer Sharp points for clean hooksets.

Also new is the Vibra-Trap, a new breed of Bill Lewis lipless crankbaits. Vibra-Traps feature a more intense vibration from a wider wobble coupled with an erratic swimming action. This action, called FPA for Fleeing Prey Action, allows the lure to track straight while fluttering 5 to 10 inches from side to side in erratic intervals realistic to fleeing baitfish movements. There are six choices for post-frontal conditions and clear water, featuring special “subtle” colors and sound. And there are six choices for windier conditions and stained water, featuring special “aggressive” colors and sound.
