2010 SCBFS Gets Underway
2010 SOUTHERN COLLEGIATE BASS FISHING SERIES GETS UNDERWAY IN JANUARY
The 2010 Southern Collegiate Bass Fishing Series (SCBFS) hosted by Auburn University will get underway on January 29-30 at Pickwick Lake, AL. The series has gained national recognition and contributed greatly to the explosive growth of collegiate bass fishing. Over 110 collegiate anglers representing more than 20 universities across the southeastern United States are expected to compete on lakes throughout northern Alabama to decide the 2010 SCBFS title and determine the universities that will be represented at the 2010 SCBFS Championship.
The 2010 SCBFS Championship will be held at Wheeler Lake in Decatur, AL April 1 - 3. This championship event will be featured on the BoatU.S. Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship television series airing on the Versus network in August of 2010.
